An einem sonnigen, sehr warmen Sonntag steht die Königin von der Burg am Eisenbach
am Herd und kocht. Die Balkontür steht offen, die Wäsche trocknet draussen und eine sanfte Brise streicht durch die Bäume, lautlos lösen sich die Blätter.
At a sunny, very warm Sunday the Queen of the Castle at the Eisenbach
stands at the stove and cooks. The door of the balcony wide open, the washing dries outside and a gentle breeze sweeps through the trees, silently comes loose the leaves.
Nebenbei blättert sie in einer alten britischen Elle Decoration, als plötzlich:
En passant she skims through an old elle Decoration mag, as suddenly:
ein Hubschrauber auf der Uferwiese landet. Die Kinder laufen runter
und sehen, dass ein Patient ins Krankenhaus gebracht wird und, dass die Besatzung danach erst einmal Eis isst.
Wenig später fliegen sie wieder weg.
a whirlybird lands on the waterfront. The kids runs outside and view, that a patient is carried into hospital and, that the crew is having an icecream afterwards.
Soon after they fly away again.
Diese letzten Tage waren für mich wie eine Auszeit
von dem nasskalten Herbstwetter. Ein warmes Geschenk.
Nun wird wieder kühler... macht nichts!
For me these last days were like a time-out from the cold and damp autumn weather.
