AntwortenLöschenit does, now doesn't it? how can one rise from bed when it is still pitch dark outside? i find that a real challenge.
and i am used to and like to wake up around 6 in the morning.
this night i slept about ten hours. still would not wake up before my alarm.
so, body asks for rest. makes sense. winter is a time for hibernation. caring for. withdrawing. i enjoy that.
